Genome Informatician – SA Pathology

This role contributes to the delivery of high-throughput genetic testing technologies by implementing and maintaining genome analysis pipelines for diagnostic application. Applications include targeted gene panels, whole-exome and whole-genome studies in a clinical diagnostics setting. This is a permanent, full-time appointment. We are looking to expand our clinical diagnostic bioinformatics group and a second position for a more senior role (post PhD or equivalent experience) will also be advertised shortly.
