Bioinformatician – Centre for Cancer Biology, Adelaide

We are seeking a bioinformatician to join the bioinformatics group of the Centre for Cancer Biology at SA Pathology.  This grant-funded position is dedicated to the analysis and interpretation of next-generation sequencing data related to cancer genomics, specifically Chronic Myeloid Leukemia and other haematological malignancies. A major aim of the project is to identify molecular signatures at the time of diagnosis of the disease that can be linked to its rate of progression.
