Introduction to R

CARM, the Centre for Applications in Natural Resource Management at the University of Queensland has organised a Three-day Workshop: Introduction to R aimed at beginners and intermediate R-users.

It will be presented by Associate Professor Anthony J. Richardson from CARM, University of Queensland and Associate Professor Dave Schoeman from University of the Sunshine Coast.

Day 1 is ideal if you have had little or even no experience with R and want to produce robust analyses and effective graphics.

Days 2 and 3 are ideal for intermediate users or beginners wanting to go beyond the basics. The focus throughout is on ecological applications, particularly marine.

Date: Mon-Wed 21-23 July, 2014

Time: 9:00am-4:00pm

Location: Building #47A, Room 241, University of Queensland, Brisbane, Qld, 4072

Cost: $150 per day

Participants will need to bring their own laptops.
