UTS software carpentry bootcamp in R

This course will introduce best practices for reproducible scientific computing and statistical analysis using the unix command-line and the R statistical software. Project management and version control using github will be introduced. Approaches for software testing and test-driven development will be introduced. Attendees are expected to have a basic familiarity with computing and some prior experience with scripting, programming, or R.
