PlantLink is Looking for a Bioinformatician! - Sweden

PlantLink is looking for a bioinformatician who will handle research projects in scientific groups associated to PlantLink. The successful candidate will be placed at Lund University and SLU Alnarp and interact with plant researchers and other bioinformaticians at both universities. The person will work in close collaboration with experimentalists with an important task in trying to link sequence information and gene, protein and metabolite regulation to plant production and signaling as a response to the environment. The position is part of the national research infrastructure for bioinformatics BILS (Bioinformatics Infrastructure for Life Sciences).

Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Computational Proteomics

A postdoctoral position is available in the lab of Lukas Käll at Science for Life Laboratory (SciLifeLab) at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. Our lab develops machine learning methods and statistical techniques for interpreting high-throughput experiments. The successful candidate will have a PhD in statistics, computer science, bioinformatics or related field with a strong quantitative component.
