Research Fellow - QBI

The Queensland Brain Institute (QBI) was established as a research institute of the University of Queensland in 2003. The Institute is now operating out of a new state-of-the-art facility and houses 31 Principal Investigators with strong international reputations. The QBI is one of the largest neuroscience institutes in the world dedicated to understanding the mechanisms underlying brain function.

The QBI are seeking a Research Fellow to be part of the Mowry Group at QBI, whose primary research goal is to identify and functionally characterise susceptibility genes for schizophrenia and related disorders. Those with experinece in GWAS / Genome Sequencing/ Statistical Genetics and or Bioinformatics are invited to apply.
