We are seeking a bioinformatician to join the bioinformatics group of the Centre for Cancer Biology at SA Pathology.  This grant-funded position is dedicated to the analysis and interpretation of next-generation sequencing data related to cancer genomics, specifically Chronic Myeloid Leukemia and other haematological malignancies. A major aim of the project is to identify molecular signatures at the time of diagnosis of the disease that can be linked to its rate of progression.

Read more about the Cancer Genomics Facility. Contact Dr Andreas Schreiber or Professor Sue Branford for position details.
