Thursday 15th August - Friday 23rd August
For 13 years the UCSC Genome Browser (http://genome.ucsc.edu) has been providing a visual display for genomic data from human and other organisms. Serving nearly 200,000 different users monthly, the Browser has grown to be a collection of bioinformatics tools useful for many applications in biomedical research.
This August Dr. Robert Kuhn, Associate Director of the UCSC Genome Browser, will be visiting Australia. During his trip he will travel to Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne, to deliver Browser training workshops in each city.
Spaces for the advanced workshops are limited and expected to fill up quickly, so early registration is highly recommended.
