Australian Centre for Plant Functional Genomics Pty Ltd

The Australian Centre for Plant Functional Genomics is the largest crop genomics centre in the Southern Hemisphere.
The centre is headquartered at the University of Adelaide's Waite Campus, providing links to plant breeding programs and related agricultural research.
Nodes at the University of Queensland and University of South Australia excel in bioinformatics. The node at the University of Melbourne has close links with Metabolomics Australia and also specialises in proteomics.
